Owner and operator, Quinn Lanzinger grew up in Carleton Place, ON. He was brought up in a family owned residential construction company, working with his father, originally from Germany . This enabled Quinn to gain invaluable experience from a true German tradesman, and can be seen throughout all aspects of the quality Quinn is known for.
Quinn received a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada, before being employed as an Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Officer in the Canadian Army for 8 years. Upon releasing from the military, Quinn and his wife Sandy, moved their family back to Carleton Place where Quinn could follow his passion of concrete construction.
Quinn was first directly exposed to Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF), when building a home with his father. He was immediately impressed by the product. The intelligent design, quality, eco-friendliness, durability, and efficiency of ICF is why Quinn decided to make a career out of it.
Using a combination of his Civil Engineering degree, project management skills/experience, and construction experience, he ensures every conceivable idea is not only met, but built to withstand the future.
